At Beau, every order is prepared with care and dispatched with intention. We aim to ensure your experience is seamless from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During launches, limited releases, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If so, we will always aim to keep you informed.

UK Shipping

We currently offer delivery across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to local customs processes or courier networks.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Beau cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist promptly.
